This Policy applies to all personal information collected by 7v7 through: the 7v7.bio website, any mobile-optimized version of the platform, customer support communications via live chat or email, and any marketing or promotional communications you opt into. It applies to all registered players, prospective players who browse the platform without registering, and any individual who contacts 7v7 for any purpose.

This Policy should be read alongside the 7v7 Terms & Conditions. Defined terms used in this Policy carry the same meaning as in the Terms & Conditions unless otherwise specified herein.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register, verify your identity, or interact with 7v7, we collect:

• Identity information: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, and gender as provided during registration and KYC verification.
• Contact information: Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.
• Government identification: Images or copies of your PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/UMID card, or other accepted Philippine government-issued ID, collected for KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance purposes.
• Financial information: GCash account details, Maya (PayMaya) account details, bank account information (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or other linked bank), and transaction history on the 7v7 platform.
• Account credentials: Username and encrypted password. 7v7 never stores passwords in plaintext.
• Support communications: Content of your messages, complaints, or inquiries submitted to the 7v7 support team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the 7v7 platform, we automatically collect certain technical information:

• IP address and approximate geographic location (province or city level, e.g., Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City).
• Device type, operating system, browser type and version.
• Session data including login timestamps, pages visited, games played, wagers placed, and session duration.
• Referral URL (the website or link that directed you to 7v7.bio).
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 6 of this Policy.

• Consent: Processing for optional purposes such as marketing communications, where we rely on your explicit, freely given, informed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Sharing Your Personal Information

7v7 may share your personal information with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• PAGCOR and regulatory authorities: As required by our gaming license and applicable Philippine law, including mandatory reporting under the AMLA.
• Payment processors: GCash (operated by Globe Fintech Innovations Inc.), Maya (operated by PayMaya Philippines Inc.), and Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and Philippine BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party service providers who assist 7v7 in verifying your identity and government-issued identification documents.
• Game content providers: Game studios and aggregators (such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, and similar providers) receive anonymized player session data necessary to deliver game content. These providers do not receive your identity information.
• IT and infrastructure service providers: Cloud hosting, security, and customer support technology providers who process data strictly under our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements with confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement: When required by valid Philippine court order, subpoena, or directive from a competent government authority.

All third parties with whom 7v7 shares personal information are required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards consistent with the Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules.

The 7v7 platform uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens) to enable core platform functionality, maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze aggregate platform usage patterns. Categories of cookies used include:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These cannot be disabled without impairing your ability to use 7v7.
• Functional cookies: Remember your language and display preferences across sessions.
• Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized data on how players interact with the platform, used to improve performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
• Security cookies: Used for fraud detection, bot prevention, and session integrity verification.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to log in and use the 7v7 platform.

7. Data Retention

7v7 retains your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for such further period as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus five (5) years following account closure, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLA and BIR requirements.
• KYC documentation: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication.
• Technical and session data: Retained for twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Following the expiration of applicable retention periods, your personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with the NPC's data disposal guidelines.

8. Security Measures

7v7 implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 128-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the 7v7 platform.
• Encrypted storage of all passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms. No plaintext passwords are stored at any point.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that 7v7 staff can only access personal data strictly necessary for their job functions.
• Regular independent security audits and penetration testing of the platform infrastructure.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all players for enhanced account protection.
• Automated anomaly detection systems that flag unusual login patterns or account activity for security review.

While 7v7 takes every reasonable precaution, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, 7v7 will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by 7v7:

• Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the 7v7 Data Protection Officer as described in Section 13 of this Policy. We will respond to verified requests within fifteen (15) business days.

10. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The 7v7 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and older. 7v7 does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21 years of age. Our registration process includes mandatory age declaration and is followed by KYC verification that confirms the age of all registered players. If 7v7 becomes aware that personal information has been collected from an individual under 21, we will promptly delete that information and close the associated account.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of the third-party service providers used by 7v7 — including cloud infrastructure providers and certain game content providers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, 7v7 ensures that such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including contractual data processing agreements that impose obligations consistent with the Data Privacy Act, or that the recipient jurisdiction provides an adequate level of data protection as recognized by the National Privacy Commission.

12. Updates to This Policy

7v7 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 7v7 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
